About Me

Therapy for Healing and Growth in Boston and New York

As a Harvard-trained therapist serving Boston and NYC, I specialize in supporting professionals, graduate students, and early-career individuals in high-pressure fields. Based in Cambridge and licensed in both Massachusetts and New York, I offer personalized, out-of-network therapy tailored to your unique needs, especially for those in healthcare, academia, or tech.

Many of my clients are first-generation high-achievers looking for depth-oriented therapy beyond the limitations of insurance networks.

If you’re facing anxiety, depression, relational trauma, impostor syndrome, burnout, or exploring ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, I’m here to offer research-informed, compassionate care designed for lasting change.

My mission is to compassionately guide you on a personalized journey of hope, healing, and transformation through innovative therapies.

Navigating Personal and Professional Pressures

Life can feel like walking a tightrope: balancing professional demands, academic pressures, and personal relationships all at once. I understand how overwhelming it can be. I’ve walked that path too. During periods of personal difficulty, therapy was an anchor that helped me stay grounded. Now, it’s my privilege to offer that same grounded, steady support to others navigating similar challenges.

A Believe in Your Capacity for Growth

I believe deeply in your potential for meaningful transformation. This work isn’t just about symptom relief; it’s about building a more connected, authentic, and fulfilling life. If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’ll meet you with curiosity, care, and collaboration every step of the way.

Training and Experience in Therapy

I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from William James College and completed a fellowship in psychotherapy at Harvard Medical School. My work has been recognized by Harvard Medical School, Columbia University, and the American Psychological Association’s Division of Psychoanalysis.

I draw from a wide range of approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, trauma-informed care, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. This integrative approach allows us to shape your treatment around your unique needs, identity, and goals, supporting both short-term relief and long-term insight.

Teaching and Mentoring in Psychology

In addition to clinical work, I’ve served on the faculty at Harvard Medical School, Boston University School of Medicine, Harvard School of Dental Medicine, University of Massachusetts Boston, and William James College.

Teaching and mentoring future mental health professionals keeps me connected to the field’s evolving best practices, knowledge I bring into each therapy session to support your healing process.
